Frequently Asked Questions

We pride ourselves on our adaptability and commitment to excellence in every aspect of our service. Explore what we have to offer and how we can contribute to your success.

What is 3D printing?

3D printing is a process where we create physical objects by building them layer by layer from a digital design. Think of it like a high-tech hot glue gun that follows a blueprint!

What materials do you use?

We primarily print in PLA plastic, which is lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly. We also offer other materials like PETG (stronger and more heat-resistant) and ABS and ASA (Very strong and impact-resistant) TPU (flexible rubber-like) for special projects.

Can you make custom designs?

Absolutely! Although I don't do CAD design I have access to just about anything you can imagine, personalized prints. Or you can send me your design file, and we’ll work with you to make it a reality.

How big can you print something?

Our printers can handle objects up to 12” x 12” x 15 in one piece. For larger designs, we can print in sections and assemble them seamlessly.

How long does it take to 3D print something?

It depends on the size and complexity of the design. Small prints may take a few hours, while large or detailed pieces can take a day or more. We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time before starting.

Can I choose the color?

Yes! We offer a wide variety of filament colors. If you have a specific color in mind, just let us know, and we’ll check if we have it in stock or can order it for you.

Is 3D printing strong enough for everyday use?

Yes, many 3D printed items are surprisingly strong. For heavy-duty or outdoor use, we recommend materials like PETG or ABS for added strength and durability.

How do I care for my 3D printed item?

Keep away from high heat (PLA can soften). Hand-wash only. Avoid long sun exposure unless UV-resistant material is used.
