Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Because our items are made to order, we handle returns a bit differently to keep waste low and quality high.

Easy Returns & Exchanges (Most Items)

  • Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item condition: Unused, undamaged, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Return shipping:

    • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective, we cover return/replacement shipping.

    • For preference-based returns (color/size change, changed mind), the buyer covers return shipping.

How to start a return/exchange:
Go to Contact with your order number, reason, and (for damages) clear photos of the issue within 24 Hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., nameplates, custom sizing, custom text).

  • Used items or items with signs of wear, odors, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Digital files (if offered).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

  • We’ll quickly repair, replace, or refund based on the situation.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After we begin printing, cancellations may not be possible (but we’ll do our best to help).


Product Notes (3D Printing Realities)

  • Color & Finish Variations: Minor layer lines, color differences, or surface texture variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.

  • Strength & Use: Our prints are durable for everyday decorative or light functional use, but they shouldn’t be exposed to extreme heat (e.g., cars in summer) or heavy loads unless specified.
